If you love Lord Shiva you'll be very happy to own this galactic Shiva design. Shiva is widely known as "The Destroyer" but don't let this seemingly menacing title give you the wrong idea. Destruction is the contrasting force that allows us to play the game of life. We honor and appreciate Lord Shiva and respect this fundamental aspect of our dualistic reality and its two opposing aspects—creation and destruction.
On the back of the ShakTee you will find the mantra "Om Namah Shivaya" in both Sanskrit and English. The mantra has many meanings and interpretations we will give you two. One is simply paying your heartfelt gratitude and salutations to Lord Shiva. Another definition of the mantra is much more subtle. If you look at the entire mantra and break it down it has all the elements of creation within it. This is somewhat an irony considering Lord Shiva is The Destroyer.
