Saraswati Maa is the goddess associated with music, learning, knowledge, wisdom, art, and creativity. Saraswati is also one of three goddesses that form the Tridevi. The Tridevi consists of Parvati, Lakshmi, and Saraswati. These three very different aspects of the Divine Feminine are the counterparts of the Divine Masculine—Trimurti—which consists of the Gods Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. All three of the Goddesses supply generative Shakti (energy) to the Gods.

Saraswati is consort to Brahma the creator of the Universe and all creation. It's no surprise that Brahma the creator of all creation would be linked to Saraswati the very source of creative inspiration.
